A: Ameristep is able to ship Internationally. We also have several distributors/dealers that may stock products you are looking to purchase. We can help you determine the most cost effective way to purchase the product you are interested in.
CAN I ORDER PRODUCT ONLINE?:
A: All International orders must be processed internally. This is necessary due to a number of specifics required for International Orders cannot be processed online at this time. All International orders must be processed internally. We hope that at a later date this will be possible. In the mean time, please fill out the International Inquiry Form below for assistance.
What is the Cost of shipping to my country?:
A: The cost of shipment is determined by the weight, dimensions, destination and transit times of each shipment. Due to this Ameristep needs to know the product that you are interested in purchasing and ship to address in order to acquire a freight quote. When a freight quote is available the International Sales Team can then provide you with the cost of shipment, the means of transportation, and the transit times available to you.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF PAYMENT?:
A: Payment must be made in USD and must be received prior to the shipment of goods. For larger orders payment can be made by Wire Transfer (Bank details would be provided by your International Sales Representative). Payment by Credit Card is also an option for orders of all sizes. There is a Wire Transfer Fee of $30.00 when a product order is under $1,000.00 USD. There is no fee for Credit Card payments and Ameristep accepts Visa and Master Card only.
CAN i USE MY OWN FREIGHT CARRIER?:
A: Ameristep encourages the use of freight forwarders that have experience carrying our product and are aware of the guidelines/requirements that are necessary for International Shipments and Export Documents. It is also encouraged to use our experienced Freight Forwarders as this allows Ameristep to more readily track the shipment and resolve any shipment issues that arise quickly.
