During the 2008 Rebate Program Ameristep began experiencing difficulty with the rebate provider. We have since established a relationship with a new rebate company. At this point we are happy to announce that, through cooperation with the new rebate company and a great deal of patience and understanding on behalf of YOU, our valued customers, we have cleared up the vast majority of outstanding rebates.
All submissions for the 2008 Rebate Program have been received. Although the majority of submissions have been addressed, there remain some that we will continue to work on. We understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please continue to be patient as we work through any and all outstanding rebate submissions. You can be confident that we are taking the necessary steps to correct the problem and moving toward a successful completion of the 2008 Rebate Program. We greatly value our customers and will strive to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
